Consist of Full Blood Count, Renal (Kidney) Function Test, Liver Function Test, Cholestrol Studies, Glucose,Thyroid, Infectious Screening, Diabetic Studies, Hormonal Studies, Urine, Cancer(Tumour) Markers,Cardiac Studies, Pap smear, Semen Test,Pre-employment screenings, Pre- marital screenings and Students screenings.

Patients vital signs are also being checked. This is to record the weight, height, temperature, pulse rate and blood pressure before patient is put through the test necessary. We offer one on one attention, time for questions and discussions which will be provided by medical doctors before and after the test.

RESPIRATORY

Each day, we breathe about 20 000 times. The lungs being the main organ in respiratory system. The primary function of the respiratory system is to supply the blood with oxygen in order for the blood to deliver oxygen to all parts of the body. The respiratory system does this through breathing.

• SPIROMETRY

  We offer SPIROMETRY TEST which is the measurement of the lungs volume and capacities. Our hand held dry spirometer records wavelengths of volumes that are able to differentiate obstructive airways (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), Asthma, Bronchitis) from restrictive diseases (Fibrotic Lung Disease).

• ELECTROCARDIOGRAM (ECG)

  Electrocardiogram (ECG) is a diagnostic tool is routinely used to assess the electrical and muscular function of heart. ECG is used to measure the rate and regularity of heartbeats, as well as the size and position of the chambers, the presence of any damage to the heart, and the effects of drugs or devices used to regulate the heart, such as a pacemaker. • ECHOCARDIOGRAM (ECHO)

  An echocardiogram is a test that uses sound waves to create a moving picture of a heart. It’s a non-invasive method and also known as cardiac ultrasound. Echocardiogram can provide helpful information, of the size and shape of the heart chamber, evaluate the heart valves, the patterns of blood flow, pumping, capacity and of any tissue damage.

• STRESS TREADMILL TEST (TMT)

  TMT is a test that uses to determine the amount of stress that your heart can manage before developing either an abnormal rhythm or evidence of ischemia (not enough blood flow to the heart muscle). During this test, your muscular function, heart rate and blood pressure are monitored.

• ULTRASOUND (US)

  Ultrasound is an imaging examination that displays soft tissue structures of the body using high frequency sound waves. The examination is painless and without radiation(Non -invasive). There are no needles and you are not enclosed within a scanner.

  A water based special gel is smeared onto the area to be examined. This gel can be easily wiped off and is stainless. A probe is used to manipulate on the surface of the examined region. There should be no pain or discomfort, but just cold sensation depending on the individual skin and sensitivity.

  Ultrasound covers the Upper Abdomen (Liver, Spleen, Gallbladder, Kidneys, Pancreas, Abdominal Aorta, Billiary System), Pelvis ( Uterus, Ovaries, Fallopian Tubes, Urinary Bladder), KUB (Kidneys ,Bladder and Prostate for Male) , Breast ,Thyroid ( Left and Right lobes), Carotid Artery scan and OB scan ( 1^st trimester, 2^nd trimester, 3^rd trimester).
